Mr. Dunlap offers mediation services in Federal litigation, State Circuit and County Court litigation, and presuit matters. Mediation conferences can be arranged for normal business hours, as well as evenings and weekends if all parties consent.

Mr. Dunlap appreciates that parties want to resolve their disputes promptly and inexpensively. Therefore, he takes a proactive role in scheduling mediations and attempts to schedule mediation conferences as promptly as possible. In most instances, a mediation conference can be coordinated with all parties and their attorneys in less than five business days. The actual mediation conference will usually occur no more than 30 days after parties first contact Mr. Dunlap.
