Mr. Dunlap is an approved Circuit Civil and County Court Mediation Certification training provider. In addition to teaching mediation certification courses at Barry University School of Law, Mr. Dunlap offers certification training to the public several times during the year. Supreme Court Certified Circuit Civil Mediator Training Program
The five day course will begin at 8 a.m. and end at 5:30 p.m. on October 16, 16, 17, and 23, 24, 2010.
Mr. Dunlap will offer a 40 hour Circuit Civil Mediator Training Certification Program at Barry University School of Law in Orlando, FL.
This course is open to anyone interested in becoming a certified county court mediator.
Mr. Dunlap is a licensed practicing attorney, Certified Circuit Civil and County Court Mediator, and approved Appellate Court Mediator. His wealth of practical experience as a mediator and attorney who represents clients (plaintiff's and defendants) at mediations affords students the opportunity to receive a meaningful and valuable training experience.
Florida Bar Credits: 48 General CLER Credits, 7.5 Ethics.

Cost: $945 - registration MUST BE RECEIVED by October 8, 2010.

Refunds: Refunds will be granted up to two weeks prior to the first day of training, but are subject to a 25% penalty, unless applied to the next training session offered. Refunds requested within two weeks of the first day of training will be denied.
Mentoring/Observations: Students who successfully complete the 40 hour training program will also be required to complete mentoring (observation of circuit civil mediations) requirements prescribed by the Florida Rules for Certified & Court-Appointed Mediators.
Training Materials: Students will receive Florida statutes, rules and procedures applicable to county court mediators, and other handouts during the course.
